Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed.
Our products are shipped via EMS First Class Mail or Priority Mail based on the total weight of the package. Priority Mail Express options are also available.
International orders are shipped via DHL International Package service. DHL Express options are also available.
Free shipping with bill from 300.000 vnd from 1 to 3 days in Ho Chi Minh City. Shipping to other place, please contact us for shipping fee.
Shipping fee with the bills under 300.000 vnd is 30.000 vnd in Ho Chi Minh City in 48 hours
Shipping to your door with requirement time, Customer will pay direct to Grab, Goviet,
Noted: Customer give payment to our account before Stago will make delivery to your place!

Return & Exchange Policy
We accept Returns & Exchanges
It is important for us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we gladly offer returns and Free exchanges items unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging that are postmarked within 7 days.For return or exchange,pls email or feel free to call to send back it with your order.
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 2 days after the receipt of the product.
Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.

1.Email camuoi.sg@gmail.com within 48 hours after receiving your package to make an application of exchange. Emails received after the 48 hours will not be taken into consideration. We will send a reply email within 24 hours.
2.Please email us with photo of your goods for our reference.
3.Before shipping back, please email us firstly for the shipping address. We have all rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.
4.We can offer one time FREE exchanges for the items that have not been worn or tampered with. But the customers will be required to pay the shipping fee of sending the item back to us. After we have received the tracking number from you we will then ship the exchanged item for free.
5.For any price differences of the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.
.Rush Exchange:
You can place a new order and receive your refund when the original item arrives back.
-Place a new order online ,we will send your new purchase after payment received
-When we receive and process the eligible returned product, we'll issue the refunds or store credit that has no expiry date.
